The Court of Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (the "UAP Court") is for entertainment purposes only. It is not a real court.
The UAP Court provides a forum for Believers and Debunkers to resolve their disputes. While the rulings of the UAP Court have no legal significance, they are intended to have social significance. Either the Believers or the Debunkers may seek to have a case decided by the UAP Court. By trying cases in the UAP Court, participants and observers alike have an opportunity to learn more about the evidence in support of or against certain UAP sightings.
Cases are heard one at a time, in accordance with the Rules of the UAP Court. Thereunder, the "Believers" and "Debunkers" are each assigned a "Lead Advocate," who is responsible for preparing their side's submissions. Members of UAP Community must have the chance to submit evidence and arguments to the "Believers" and/or "Debunkers" who are assigned to handle the case. Participants are expected to respect the UAP Court's judgments, which will only be disturbed once and only upon a showing of compelling physical evidence.
If you are interested in participating in the UAP Court, contact the Court Administrator using the submission form on the Home page. Visitors are encouraged to read the Rules of UAP Court beforehand, so that their submission may be acted upon most expeditiously.
